Brussels, 29/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - A delegation of the European United Left/Nordic Green Left of the European Parliament, led by its President, Francis Wurtz, on Tuesday paid a visit to the Volkswagen/Forest factory in Brussels, where around 4000 workers are to lose their jobs after a partial transfer of activity to Germany, an issue which the GUE/NGL group has succeeded in having added to the agenda of the plenary session of the EP of 29 November (see EUROPE 9315).
