18/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by French investment fund LBO France Gestion SAS to acquire the companies forming Vinci Airport Services, which belongs to the group Vincipar. The operation, which has been evaluated at 315 million EUR, was examined under the simplified procedure. (ab)
