Brussels, 26/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 25 July the Commission decided to refer Germany to the Court of Justice (ECJ) on account of its treatment of services supplied by executors of wills. It has also sent a reasoned opinion to Greece for its invoicing and on the storage of electronic invoices, to Ireland concerning its treatment of public bodies and to Italy for restrictions on VAT charges and VAT refunds.
