Brussels, 26/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Appeal in Tripoli, which was expected to rule on 25 July on the case of 5 Bulgarian nurses and Palestinian doctor accused of inoculating the AIDS virus into children in a hospital in Benghazi, has postponed the trial until 8 August.
