26/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the British company, Charterhouse Capital Limited, to take over the control of the French group, Fives-Lille, which provides industrial engineering services for the automotive, steel, aluminium and cement sectors. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
