Brussels, 24/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 20 July the European Commission decided to refer Italy to the Court of Justice for failing to comply with a decision of 16 March 2005 in which the Commission declared aid granted by Italy to newly listed companies in the form of fiscal incentives incompatible with the Single Market and ordered Italy to recover the aid from the recipients.
