24/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - Aidan White, Secretary General of the International Federation of Journalists, has called on all parties to the Israeli-Lebanese conflict to make sure that journalists are protected, further to the deaths, on Sunday, of Lebanese photographer Layal Neijb, 23, who was killed by a bomb which went off in Southern Lebanon and, on Sunday, of Suleiman Chidiac, a technician with the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation, who fell victim to an Israeli raid.
