Danuta Hübner says, “new EU regional and cohesion policy will play major role in re-launching European competitiveness”

Brussels, 24/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - “I am convinced that the new EU regional and cohesion policy will play a major role in the re-launch of European competitiveness by guaranteeing the take-up of the Lisbon Agenda and by increasing the innovation and growth potential in all EU regions”. It was in these terms that the Commissioner for Regional Policy, Danuta Hübner, expressed herself at the Breakfast Policy Briefing organised on 18 July in Brussels by the European Policy Centre (EPC)...
