Brussels, 06/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - During an interview with Agence EUROPE on 5 July, László Kovács, Commissioner for Taxation, spoke of the avenues being examined with a view to reaching an agreement under Finnish EU Presidency to change the place of service provision for value added tax (VAT) statement purposes. He also spoke of the nappy wars that have been shaking the College and restated the objectives linked to harmonisation of the corporate tax base.
