Commission refers Germany to Court of Justice for non-transposition of tobacco Advertising Directive

Brussels, 28/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - Germany will have to justify its reasons for its non-transposition of the Tobacco Advertising Directive 2003/33/EC to the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
