Strasbourg, 22/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - Debate over alleged secret detention centres and illegal 'rendition' in Europe of CIA detainees to other countries, and balancing freedom of speech and respect for religious views will be the high points of the Council of Europe's plenary session in Strasbourg on 26 to 30 June, to be attended by Turkish prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
