Parliamentary committee lowers targets for reducing finest particles in air

Brussels, 22/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's committee on the environment chaired by Karl-Heinz Florenz (EPP-ED, Germany) took a stance on Wednesday on two decisive texts for improving air quality in the EU, considered as priorities of the Austrian EU Council Presidency.
