GENERAL NEWS / (eu) ep/fisheries

19/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 15 June, the European Parliament approved, with some adjustments, the proposal on updating rules governing the transmission by Member States of data on the quantity and value of offloaded fish products. This legislation allows market surveys for fish products and more general economic surveys on the fisheries situation to be conducted (EUROPE 9185 on the report by Philippe Morillon).
