19/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Bureau of the European Parliament has appointed Jaume Duch Guillot Director in the Media Direction of the Information Directorate General. The holder of this post also assumes the role of spokesperson for European Parliament, a task filled by Mr Duch Guillot on a provisional basis since the appointment of José Liberato as Head of Cabinet of the President of the Portuguese Republic.
