SAINT-GOBAIN from France has bought out three companies through its “Distribution Bâtiment” subsidiary: JP CORRY in Ireland (annual turnover €142.8 million with a workforce of 548), de VERA MESEGUER in Spain (annual turnover of €42 million, employing 143) and BARUGEL AZULAY in Argentina (annual turnover of €32 million, with a workforce of 280).
