ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

The French company THALES, and DIEHL from Germany, will be setting up a joint-venture in electronic systems for munitions. THALES will control 51% of this new firm, JUNGHANS MICROTEC, and DIEHL will own the remaining 49%. The new venture is expected to obtain an annual turnover of €70 million and will employ 350 workers.
