Brussels, 03/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Constitutional Affairs Committee held discussions on Tuesday 2 May on relations between the EP and national parliaments. Edward McMillan-Scott (EPP/ED, United Kingdom) was one of the main speakers and is Vice President of the EP in charge of relations with national parliaments.
