Brussels, 03/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 3 May, the European Commission adopted a Green Paper with a view to a partial update of the practices of lobbies and the beneficiaries of Community funds (EUROPE 9180). This initiative aims to restore the citizens' confidence in the European institutions.
