Brussels, 03/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - In March 2006, the unemployment rate in the euro zone reached 8.1% of the active population, compared to 8.2% in February and 8.8% in the same period in 2005. In the EU of 25, the unemployment rate stood at 8.4%, unchanged from the previous month and down on March 2005, when it stood at 8.9%. In March 2006, the lowest rates were recorded in the Netherlands (4.0%), Ireland (4.2%), Denmark (4.3%) Luxembourg (4.8%) and the United Kingdom (5.0% in January)....
