03/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 28 April, the European Commission adopted a decision providing 27.4 million euro of Community funding in 2006 to help Member States collect and manage the data necessary to conduct the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP). France, Spain and the United Kingdom will each receive over 3 million euro and Denmark, Ireland and Italy slightly over 2 million euro. The decision is published in the Official Journal L 116 of 29 April 2006.
