03/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The head of the Socialist Group at the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, wrote to President Josep Borrell on 2 May suggesting that he be mandated by the Conference of Presidents formally to ask the Heads of State and Government of Member States if they are prepared to consider changing the existing provisions of the Treaty in respect of the seat of the European Parliament.
