Brussels, 31/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 4 April, the Commission will adopt a report on the implementation of directive 96/71/EC on the posting of workers. This legislation applies to companies which post at least one worker to carry out, on a temporary basis, work in a Member State other than the one whose law governs the employment relationship.
