31/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the plans by the German companies Robert Bosch GmbH and Mann + Hummel GmbH to take joint ownership of the American company PPNA. This entity will make and sell filters for the automotive industry and for other industrial applications. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
