31/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans to purchase Zapf GmbH by the French company Les Nouveaux Constructeurs, the American bank Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank AG London and the investment funds Lone Star Fund V of the United States and Bermuda. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
