31/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the plans of Barclays Private Equity Ltd, which belongs to the British Barclays Bank, to take sole control of the German group TUJA Holding GmbH, which is active in temporary employment services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
