Brussels, 31/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Presenting the Austrian EU Council Presidency's programme to the plenary session of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) on 18 January, the Austrian minister for the economy and labour, Martin Bartenstein, hoped citizens would sign up to the European idea more.
