Brussels, 31/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The affair that brings the Latvian company “Laval un partneri” up against the Swedish trade union, “Byggnads”, and which broke out in spring 2005 because the Latvian building company had refused to apply Swedish collective agreements on salaries of its employees posted to a renovation site in Vaxholm, has now resurfaced (see EUROPE 9049/9054/9056).
