31/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The External Relations Council adopted without debate, on 30 January, four decisions establishing the principles, priorities and conditions for European partnerships with Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Serbia-Montenegro and Kosovo. These partnerships were updated bearing in mind the progress reports drawn up by the European Commission in November 2005 (see EUROPE 9066).
