Warsaw answers on subject of blocking HVB acquisition by UniCredito

Brussels, 24/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Polish authorities have answered the European Commission on the subject of compliance with European rules on the freedom of capital in the affair relating to Warsaw's blocking of HVB acquisition by UniCredito, a Commission spokesman said on 24 January (EUROPE 9115).
