Brussels, 08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - During a final press conference before taking the road to Hong Kong where the trade ministers of the 149 WTO member nations will be meeting from 13 to 18 December, Commissioners Peter Mandelson (trade) and Mariann Fischer Boel (agriculture), negotiating on behalf of the Union with a Council negotiating brief, made a veritable oral defence in favour of development.
