Commission plans to work more closely with Overseas Countries and Territories

Brussels, 08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the Annual PTOM Forum (French Overseas Countries and Territories) in Brussels on 5 December, European Development Commissioner Louis Michel announced concrete measures for working more closely with OCTs in programming and implementing EU aid, and the Economic Partnership Agreements negotiated by the European Commission with African, Caribbean and Pacific countries, explains a press release.
