Brussels, 08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - In the context of the visit to Brussels by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov (EUROPE 9084), Industry Commissioner Günter Verheugen and the Russian Minister for Industry and Energy, Viktor Khristenko, signed documents establishing two permanent frameworks for dialogue between Moscow and the Commission.
