08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - According to The Financial Times Deutschland, the vice-president of the Bundesbank, Jürgen Starck, will be taking over from Otmar Issing, whose tenure ends 1 June 2006, within the Executive Board of the ECB. Jürgen STarck was a very close collaborator of Chancellor Kohl and was Secretary of State for Finance from 1995 to 1998.
