Brussels, 08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has opened an inquiry into aid paid in 1999 by Greece to the company Hellenic Vehicle Industry SA (ELVO), in the form of the cancellation of debt contracted to the public sector between 1988 and 1998.
