08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised to plans by Dutch equity fund Industri Kapital to acquire GUS Holland Holding, which is owned by GUS plc of the United Kingdom and Owens two subsidiaries, Wehkamp BV and Transfair BV. The operation, which has been put at 390 million EUR, was examined under the simplified procedure.
