08/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its green light to plans to create a joint company between Dexia-Banque internationale in Luxembourg and the Royal Bank of Canada. The operation, which will give rise to a new entity known as RBC Dexia Investor Services, was examined under the simplified procedure.
