Changes to security reform joint action

Brussels, 06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Using the written procedure on 2 December, the Council of the EU amended Joint Action 2005/355/CFSP on reforming security in the former Belgian colony, the Democratic Republic of Congo (ex-Zaire) regarding the establishment of a technical assistance project to improve the ministry of defence's payment chain.
