06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The board of the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) elected, on 2 December, Sergio Marchionne of Italy, Fiat CEO, to the head of the organisation for 2006. On 1 January 2006, Mr Marchionne will therefore take over from Bernd Pischtsrieder of Germany, who is Volkswagen CEO.
