Brussels, 06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Stef Goris, outgoing President of the WEU Assembly-Interparliamentary European Security and Defence Assembly, has called for a permanent forum of EU national parliamentarians to be created in Brussels in order to make up for the ESDP's “democratic deficit”.
