Lawyers and solicitors invited to give their views on requirements to combat money laundering

Brussels, 06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has launched on on-line questionnaire inviting members of the independent legal professions and law firms to state how they apply the requirements for combating money laundering, and to give their point of view on questions relating to the obligation to notify, to the costs for compliance and to the effect that such requirements have on the demand for legal services.
