In 2006, European economy will stabilise at too low a level to reach Lisbon goals, Eurochambers warns

Brussels, 06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Last Friday, while presenting the Eurochambers study on the economic situation in Europe in 2006, Christoph Leitl called for reform to be continued to boost growth and employment. “Business confidence in Europe remains cautiously positive but this is clearly not sufficient for a sound economic recovery”, the outgoing Eurochambers president said.
