06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Quartet for the Middle East Peace Process (EU, UN, United States and Russia) condemned the terrorist attacks of 5 December in Netanya fro which responsibility was claimed by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. It restated its demand that the Syrian government take immediate action to close the offices of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and prevent the use of its territory by armed groups engaged in terrorist acts.
