06/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) has issued a press release calling on the ECOFIN Council to provide 'a balanced answer to workers' concerns over 'delocalisations'. Finance ministers should not make the mistake of using globalisation as an alibi to undermine workers' rights and social protection.'
