Brussels, 03/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The report by the arbitration panel of the Dispute Settlement Panel (DSP) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), which was published last Friday, states that the legislative changes adopted by Washington in October 2004 have not completely allowed the American system of export aid, the Foreign Sales Corporations (FSC), to be repealed.
