03/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On the fringes of the 20th International French-Language Film Festival in Namur (Belgium), artists and people working in culture, members of the 'Coalitions pour la diversite culturelle des pays de l'espace francophone' unveiled the 'Namur Declaration' in support of the plan to launch a convention on the protection and promotion of expression of cultural diversity at UNESCO's 33rd annual general meeting later this month.
