EU-Russia dialogue on transport opens

Brussels, 03/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The day before the EU/Russia Summit, a protocol of agreement on establishing EU-Russia dialogue on transport was signed on 3 October in Brussels by the Russian Transport Minister, Igor Levtin, and by European Transport Commissioner Jacques Barrot.
