Brussels, 30/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - With Council still in deadlock over the question of adopting a negotiating mandate for Turkey (see EUROPE 9038), the British Presidency stated, on Friday, its intentions regarding the unfolding of the General Affairs/External Relations Council on 3 October in Luxembourg, presided by Jack Straw.
