Brussels, 30/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - According to provisional calculations by the European Commission revealed on Friday, ten Member States of the EU have exceeded their milk quotas by 1092 million tonnes in total (deliveries and direct sales) in the course of the quota year 2004-2005.
