21/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the European Commission sent out a proposal to the Council for its signature, on behalf of the European Community, on the new Council of Europe Convention on money laundering, the identification, seizure and confiscation of proceeds from crime and funding for terrorism (Convention No. 198).
