Strasbourg, 08/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and part of the West Bank, publication of first Iraqi Constitution, elections in Egypt - things are on the move in the Middle East. Council and Commission discuss situation at European Parliament.
